Client responsibilities

• Review and approve deliverables, including staging environments, before production release.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials or access provided during the engagement.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Test Subject Solutions retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal development infrastructure used to build those deliverables.

Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, access it using automated means outside of legitimate crawling, or submit false or malicious information through our forms.
